Just a great experience all around. A family member is dealing with a serious illness and we needed a chair for her to feel comfortable and heal. We made the mistake of ordering on Amazon (not the best idea for something so important) and upon receiving the chair from Amazon it was instantly apparent that this purchase was one we needed advice on. A friend of the family recommended Elegant Interiors and I went in the same day and arrived just before closing. I was met with a smile from Candy (Candi? apologize if I misspelled), and have to tell you that we were treated very well. She stayed late and spoke with me about the specifics of our family members height, weight, and needs... she stayed with me the entire process consulting and sharing information that she knew from experience and that of other customers and her own family. She LISTENED (a quality that some sales people forget) and we ended up with a beautiful chair that is immensely comfortable. Needless to say our entire family is very happy with the chair as it is for a very important person. I recommend this place fully after the experience I had, and particularly because of the great treatment we received from Candy, and I have to say the "Best" recliner we bought is truly the most comfortable I have ever sat in... thank you!

The people at Elegant Interiors were fantastic They sold me some great furniture I'm very pleased with and removed my old furniture. I would highly recommend them.

They are the nicest sales staff you could expect. Always say “hi” and always go out of their way to greet you. You get what you pay for with furniture — if you pay for the quality you get it . If you pay a nominal price for furniture it is what you get . They have top of the line and also (affordable) staging furniture He is selling furniture for the price it is online and you can’t ask for more in a small town like ours. Love the store and you have always went out of your way for us. Five Stars

It was time for a new recliner. The whole staff was very friendly and helpful from the time I walked in the door. TJ was very helpful and informative as far as the different types of recliners. It was a no pressure, very relaxing shopping experience. TJ stayed with me and we had a nice visit as I tried out a few recliners. Great bunch of folks!

Best customer service around. We bought a reclining glider loveseat on January 31, 2023. The back of the recliner had a T-Nut that stripped out and the back broke. Dusty came out took photos and in 6 days had a new back installed at no charge. He even took the old broken back with him. Definitely recommend Elegant Interiors. Very happy with them!!!

TJ was amazing today. We went to 3 different stores looking for some dressers and night stands to outfit an Airbnb we are starting . He had the right sets that were going to outfit our bedrooms. He also has the best prices in town and had everything boxed up and ready to go within less than a half hour. We will be back as we get to outfitting the other rooms. Thanks TJ for great customer service. Zero pressure, just help.
